I’m Laura Franchini, a chef since 2018.
Born and raised in Tuscany, I bring my cuisine directly into your home.
I believe in the human connection that grows around food: I cook, I share, I teach.

in 2018

From television to the kitchen

In 2018, I took part in the Italian TV show “Il Ristorante degli Chef”, reaching the semifinals.

From that moment on, I chose to turn passion into profession.

I graduated from the Italian Chef Academy and worked in very different environments:

from a Michelin-starred restaurant in Cortona to a traditional Tuscan trattoria in the Valdarno area.

Experiences that taught me technique, discipline, and deep respect for every ingredient.

in 2020

Home restaurant

In 2020, I opened my own Home Restaurant, a project that was later interrupted by the pandemic.

That pause led to a clear realization: my cooking truly belongs in people’s homes.

Today

Private Chef

Today, I work as a private chef.

We design the menu together, I cook for you or with you, and I take care of everything:

ingredients, tools, logistics, and timing.

Because the most meaningful experiences happen where you truly feel at home.
